The perf counter installation clearly did not succeed. I pulled some registry values from another windows 2000 server and restarted the 'WMI' Service. We did what we normally do, we checked the request and added the user in the appr... No values forFirst Counter, Last Counter, First Help, or Last Help are present.
Then also took the opportunity to do the same for the v2.0 folder.
