So, I claimed ownership of my harddrives, deleted registry keys pertaining to Outlook, then rebooted, then reinstalled... Right-click on the file, select "Rename", and rename to "extend.dat.old". We'll let you know when a new response is added. Solution: There is more than one possible solution for this issue.
I am currently working with Oracle. It seems the main way to fix this is to rename the extend.dat to extend.old. Take a look around and grab the RSS feed to stay updated.
