If a new NB user creates a Maven Web project, it creates a default jsp page. Jstl 1.2 Jar Maven web project is missing some dependencies and thus JSP parser isn't able to resolve JSTL classes? How can I find the point in a list of points that is nearest to a given point? Still I'll consider it.

It has nothing to do with whether the taglibs are "official JSP" or not, but rather with how the TLD is constructed.
