Like it only detected 34% of malware or something. Secondly for a normal home user the risk is so extremly small.

I do not recommend MSE because I have had to remove more malware from computers running MSE than any one real-time (up to date) AV. IDG. If you have a hard time determining the legitimacy of a site/link/etc, I'd recommend another antivirus solution and a paid malwarebytes subscription, and definitely install adblock in all of your browsers.
