Unfortunately, this is the kind of crap they are pulling on all sorts of customers, losing market share and the stock falling. I used the Dell built in diags and the HDD failed. When I attempted to restart the computer it got past the initial "Dell" screen but as soon as the subsequent screen loads the monitor goes to black. Thanks.
